TL;DR
Customer Success Engineer (AI Security): Providing technical guidance and advisory services for enterprise customers implementing Cato AI Security with an accent on secure adoption, governance, and risk mitigation. Focus on optimizing AI security posture, managing LLM-specific threats, and aligning security initiatives with business objectives.
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (up to 25% travel required)

What you will do
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for strategic enterprise accounts to align AI security with business and compliance goals.
- Guide customers through the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Cato AI Security capabilities.
- Conduct AI security reviews to identify and mitigate risks associated with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to provide field feedback on AI security requirements and platform functionality.
- Define, track, and report on customer success metrics and adoption milestones for AI security initiatives.
- Facilitate technical workshops and knowledge transfer for customer networking, security, and AI governance teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an IT security domain expert in a customer-facing role for a high-tech software vendor.
- 3+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure security architecture (AWS or Azure), including EKS, ECS, or AKS.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI Security disciplines such as AI Governance, LLM Security, or Generative AI Security.
- Deep understanding of LLM-specific threats (e.g., prompt injection, data leakage, adversarial attacks).
- Solid understanding of public cloud networking constructs (e.g., VPCs, VNets, Transit Gateway).
- Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands and possess a solid command of the English language.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, Tofu, or CDK) and scripting in Python, Bash, or Go.
- Practical experience with observability stacks like Splunk, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSK, CISM, AWS Security Specialty, or Azure Security Engineer Associate.
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP Top 10 for LLM).
