What you will do

  • Manage daily sales operations in Australia, including partner onboarding, vendor compliance, and asset deployment.
  • Lead and project manage physical retail activations to align with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and implement Sales Policies and Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Deliver best-in-class sales training and support for 3P partner sales teams at the store level.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership to develop operational standards for purchase orders and logistics.
  • Analyze operational data using CRM and BI tools to track performance and inform quarterly decision-making.

Requirements

  • Relevant operational experience in B2C and/or B2B sales environments, preferably supporting global teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Looker, and various project management tools.
  • Must be based in Sydney, New South Wales to support hybrid work requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree and relevant sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
