What you will do
- Manage daily sales operations in Australia, including partner onboarding, vendor compliance, and asset deployment.
- Lead and project manage physical retail activations to align with overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement Sales Policies and Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and reduce inefficiencies.
- Deliver best-in-class sales training and support for 3P partner sales teams at the store level.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership to develop operational standards for purchase orders and logistics.
- Analyze operational data using CRM and BI tools to track performance and inform quarterly decision-making.
Requirements
- Relevant operational experience in B2C and/or B2B sales environments, preferably supporting global teams.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Looker, and various project management tools.
- Must be based in Sydney, New South Wales to support hybrid work requirements.
- Bachelor's degree and relevant sales experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to travel as needed.
