What you will do

• Oversee and coordinate overall program management for in-store transformation, including on-site management at the lab store.
• Ensure alignment across diverse functions such as Retail Media, Customer, and Data & Digital to deliver a unified strategic vision.
• Translate complex technical and strategic information for Executive-level stakeholders and in-store teams.
• Monitor financial performance to identify cost-saving and revenue-growth opportunities while tracking North Star targets.
• Proactively identify operational risks and implement detailed mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with operations and merchandise teams to manage deployment pipelines and category resets.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or senior commercial roles.
• Strong practical understanding of commercial operations, financial management, and business case validation.
• Proven program office experience overseeing complex change in a dedicated Program Manager role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead business process re-engineering and ensure disciplined execution.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia.
