What you will do

• Manage complex, cross-functional programs contributing to high-priority company goals.
• Partner with Group Leadership to facilitate the delivery of multi-disciplinary initiatives.
• Drive decision-making on delivery sequencing, trade-offs, and company-wide processes.
• Improve operational systems, including roadmap visibility, governance, and scalable ways of working.
• Support engineering leads with delivery techniques, capacity planning, and milestone scoping.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and open issues across multiple teams and groups.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of TPM experience at a SaaS company.
• Experience operating at Staff TPM scope in complex product or platform organizations.
• Deep understanding of product development methodologies and technical concepts.
• Proven ability to lead through influence across cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Experience in revenue-related domains such as payments, subscriptions, billing, or AI monetization.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
