What you will do
- Lead planning and prioritization of programs aligned to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), coordinating engineering and customer delivery.
- Manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets, financial forecasting, and material availability to ensure on-time project execution.
- Oversee national service partners and vendors, ensuring effective procurement and delivery of cost-efficient solutions.
- Track and report on program progress, resources, risks, and financial KPIs to ensure alignment with timelines.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners to meet WHS and quality standards.
- Optimize operational performance by managing contract variations, mitigating risks, and improving delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- Engineering degree with 10+ years’ experience in telecommunications project, vendor, and infrastructure deployment.
- Extensive experience across transport network operations, including Mobile, Fixed, Core, and Enterprise.
- Proven expertise in leading procurement, major tenders, and contract management for engineering services.
- Demonstrated leadership capability managing teams, other leaders, and offshore resources.
- High-level program management skills supported by certified project management qualifications.
- Must be based in or able to work from Macquarie Park, NSW.
