What you will do

  • Lead and grow a measurement & analytics organization across verticals, defining structure, career frameworks, and OKR-driven operating rhythms.
  • Define and own hirify.global’s comprehensive ad measurement strategy (brand lift, reach & frequency, incremental reach, sales lift, attention, attribution, and media mix modeling) across advertiser verticals and ad products.
  • Evolve hirify.global’s 1P measurement capabilities using ACR data and platform streaming behavior, partnering with Product and Client Services to scale solutions.
  • Serve as a cross-functional bridge across Ad Sales, Client Services, Product, and Marketing to ensure measurement insights flow and drive business action.
  • Represent hirify.global externally as measurement authority through industry conferences, panels, trade bodies, and thought leadership; manage relationships with third-party measurement vendors.
  • Champion an AI-first operating model by piloting and scaling AI tools/agents to automate workflows and accelerate insight delivery.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in advertising measurement, analytics, research, or a closely related field; deep expertise in TV/CTV/streaming measurement strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of people management experience, including leading senior individual contributors and managers; proven ability to build, scale, and retain teams.
  • Proven track record defining and executing measurement strategy at an executive level within a media company, measurement vendor, or major advertiser/agency.
  • Experience bridging Sales, Product, Data Science, and Client Services around a shared measurement agenda and ensuring insights translate into action.
  • Experience supporting both brand advertisers (awareness/consideration/brand health) and performance advertisers (ROAS/attribution/sales incrementality) with distinct measurement frameworks.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency with hands-on deployment of AI tools (LLMs, AI agents, automation platforms) to increase output and reduce manual effort.
