What you will do

• Lead technical delivery and strategy for Splunk-based cybersecurity engagements.
• Mentor and manage a team of Associate, Level I, Level II, and Senior Engineers.
• Analyze client needs and lead technical discussions to define engineering requirements.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Oversee project documentation, standard operating procedures, and performance reviews for team members.
• Identify and communicate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to account teams.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with a CI Polygraph clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or at least 8 years of related work experience.
• Expertise in Splunk and experience operating in classified environments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, infrastructure, and compliance frameworks (FAR, DFARs, CUI, CMMC, FedRAMP).
• Proven experience leading engineering teams, including task management and personnel development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing leadership.
