TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Salary: $130,000 – $150,000

What you will do

  • Support and scale compliance programs including SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and CJIS.
  • Transform compliance from a point-in-time audit exercise into a continuous, measurable capability.
  • Partner with Engineering, Security, Legal, Privacy, and Product stakeholders to align regulatory requirements.
  • Manage customer security reviews, audit requests, and due diligence activities.
  • Build scalable processes and implement automation tools to improve compliance operations.
  • Maintain and update policies, standards, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 5+ years of experience in GRC, cybersecurity, IT audit, or a related field.
  • Proven experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, CJIS, or similar compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working in SaaS or cloud-based environments, preferably AWS.
  • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and maintain technical compliance documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Internal Auditor.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and workflow platforms used in compliance operations.
