What you will do

• Lead high-fidelity alert investigations and perform deep technical analysis to identify, contain, and remediate threats.
• Own complex incident investigations to drive technically precise conclusions and improve detection maturity.
• Design scalable workflows, technical playbooks, and response guides to strengthen the Incident Response program.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts to build a high-performing security team.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Legal, and HR to resolve incidents holistically.
• Assess and mitigate AI-related security risks, including model misuse and prompt injection.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Florham Park, New Jersey.
• At least one SANS/GIAC Certification (GCIH, GREM, GCFA preferred).
• Hands-on experience with SIEM (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel) and EDR tools (CrowdStrike, Carbon Black).
• Proficiency in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, AliCloud) and network log analysis (Netflows, PCAP).
• Deep understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework, malware behavior, and OS internals (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Ability to analyze scripts (JavaScript, VBScript, PowerShell, Python) and malicious binaries.
