What you will do

• Unpack, inspect, and record incoming shipments while identifying discrepancies or damages.
• Manage inventory through kitting, cycle counts, and physical tracking.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, verify accuracy of bills of lading, and affix shipping labels.
• Maintain organized work areas and department records.
• Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and resolve shipping/receiving issues.
• Assist with quality inspection and facility tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
• Must be able to work onsite in Orange County, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment.
