What you will do

• Pick, package, and ship products to replenish internal and field inventory needs.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and execute weekly restock orders.
• Manage inventory data, transaction records, and documentation using NetSuite ERP.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Customer Service departments to ensure effective workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and manage the supply of shipping materials.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous professional experience in inventory management and working with ERP systems.
• Must have full-time work authorization in the USA (sponsorship not provided).
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work periodically on weekends and evenings as needed.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the medical device industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups.
• Prior direct experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities with minimal supervision.
