What you will do

• Design and execute clinical outcomes research initiatives to ensure high standards of care.
• Manage and interpret large clinical and operational datasets using statistical methodologies like R or SAS.
• Collaborate with clinical, product, and operations teams to drive quality optimization and process improvements.
• Manage regulatory compliance activities, including IRB submissions and reporting.
• Contribute to the evaluation of technology-enabled interventions, including AI-assisted tools.
• Disseminate research findings through scientific publications and business presentations.

Requirements

• Doctoral-level degree (PhD, ScD, or equivalent) in Clinical Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
• Must be based in the US.
• Experience with clinical data management, statistical analysis (SAS, R), and data quality assurance.
• Proven track record in clinical research, outcomes research, or program evaluation.
• Strong scientific writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
