What you will do

• Provide expert scientific and medical leadership for imaging-based clinical trials.
• Partner with Business Development to support client engagement, proposal development, and bid defense.
• Guide cross-functional teams on trial design, image review methodologies, and quality control.
• Contribute to the development of imaging charters, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Evaluate emerging imaging technologies and industry trends to enhance service offerings.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of scientific excellence and accountability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical Imaging, or related field (Master’s or Ph.D./M.D. preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of clinical trial experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech organization.
• Extensive experience supporting imaging-based clinical trials.
• Deep knowledge of GCP, GLP, ICH guidelines, FDA regulations, and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Proven track record in project planning, financial management, and scientific publication.
