What you will do

• Lead the development of customer and market narratives for key strategic planning processes, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Medium-Term Planning (MTP).
• Partner with senior strategy stakeholders to provide evidence-based insights on market dynamics, competitive positioning, and brand performance.
• Synthesize primary research, secondary data, and market intelligence into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Support strategic planning and transformation by assessing macroeconomic, technological, and industry developments.
• Define and prioritize the Group Insight roadmap aligned with key business priorities.
• Manage external insight partners and analyst relationships, overseeing a c.£2m investment.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in insight generation using both primary and secondary research sources.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives for senior executives and board-level audiences.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from London or Manchester (UK).

• Experience in strategy, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
