What you will do

• Manage and develop the Italy Production team, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment.
• Oversee regional projects, assigning tasks to internal staff and freelancers while ensuring deliverables are met.
• Provide production expertise for feasibility planning, venue procurement, and technical validation.
• Monitor build costs and budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating potential overruns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt Global IP standards to regional needs.
• Maintain an active network of vendors and service providers to streamline production execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the live event production industry.
• 1-2 years of people management experience.
• Fluent English and Italian language skills.
• Proven track record in managing multiple complex projects and budgets in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of technical production requirements, permitting, and safety standards.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by production needs.

Nice to have

• Experience as a construction manager or in theater construction involving contractor management.
• Experience in the production and delivery of permanent attractions.
