What you will do

• Deliver probabilistic safety models and comprehensive nuclear safety studies.
• Perform nuclear safety assessments, feasibility studies, and provide regulatory licensing support.
• Provide technical input for safety case development and related justifications.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across Europe to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to proposal development, scoping, and technical input for bids.
• Manage client relationships and support the visibility of nuclear services in the region.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Nuclear, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 15 years of post-graduation experience in nuclear safety and PSA model development.
• English: C1 proficiency (excellent communication and writing skills).
• Proven ability to work in a global matrix organization.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously under uncertainty.
• Commercial acumen for contributing to proposals, pricing, and strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience in nuclear power plant engineering, licensing, or advanced nuclear technologies.
• Professional background in engineering consulting.
• Strong project management and business development track record.
• Italian language proficiency.
