Customer Care Advisor

What you will do

• Handle customer inquiries as the first point of contact via inbound and outbound calls.
• Follow communication scripts for different topics and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and resolve them.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Maintain comprehensive call records in the call center database.
• Attend educational seminars and meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements

• Excellent command of the English language.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong commitment and dedication.
• Age: maximum 30 years.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree (only graduated with bachelor’s degree).

Nice to have

• Previous experience in customer care.
• Previous experience in mobile internet and/or ADSL support.
• CCNA certification.
