What you will do

• Design and conduct studies on medication adherence using pharmacy and medical claims data.
• Build and interpret multivariable statistical models to identify key drivers of health outcomes.
• Quantify and prioritize intervention opportunities to improve member targeting and clinical tasking.
• Evaluate the impact of clinical programs on quality, utilization, and cost using quasi-experimental methods.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executive-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, clinicians, and operations leads.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Economics, Health Economics, Epidemiology, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience conducting research with real-world healthcare data at a population level.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL, R, and Python.
• Strong applied statistics skills including multivariable modeling and causal inference.
• Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CMS Star Ratings, HEDIS, or other quality frameworks.
• Experience with healthcare data standards like ICD-10 and NDC.
• Prior experience in managed care, pharma, or high-growth health-tech environments.
• Advanced causal and quasi-experimental design experience (e.g., target-trial emulation, synthetic control).
