What you will do

• Design and execute statistical analyses for observational studies and clinical trials using advanced causal inference methods.
• Develop and own complex statistical analysis plans (SAPs) from inception to delivery.
• Build and maintain robust, reproducible SAS programming pipelines.
• Author statistical sections of study reports, research protocols, and client proposals.
• Serve as a methodological authority for cross-functional project teams, shaping study design and result interpretation.
• Establish and enforce rigorous quality control processes to ensure accuracy and reproducibility of analytical outputs.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.S. in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in biostatistics/quantitative disciplines within the life science industry.
• Must be legally authorized to work full time in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
• Strong experience with RWD/RWE analytics including EHR, claims, registries, and HEOR.
• Proficiency in SAS is required for developing analysis pipelines.
• Demonstrated expertise in causal inference methods such as propensity score methods, weighting, and IPTW.

Nice to have

• Programming experience in R or Python.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), quality assurance principles, and regulatory environments.
