Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide real-time engineering support to production teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
• Maintain standard work, labor standards, and visual controls for assigned production areas.
• Identify and eliminate process waste, variation, and rework through continuous improvement efforts.
• Partner with QA to implement mistake-proofing and conduct root-cause analysis for defects.
• Collaborate with production supervisors, maintenance, and supply chain teams to optimize equipment reliability and flow.
• Lead 6S initiatives and drive small-scale improvements alongside operators and leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing, production engineering, or operations support.
• Hands-on experience in high-volume or fulfillment-style operations.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work directly on the production floor in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
