What you will do

• Implement and manage process and product controls to ensure first-time quality.
• Lead investigations into internal nonconformances and customer complaints using 8D and DMAIC.
• Facilitate continuous improvement teams to reduce cost of quality and improve safety.
• Develop and lead internal product/process quality audit systems.
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods against regulatory and customer requirements.
• Review and establish PPAP requirements for new product development and process changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Working background in ISO9001 with auditor experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and Minitab for data analysis.
• Proven success in formal problem resolution tools (8D, DMAIC).

Nice to have

• Experience with AIAG core requirements (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• ASQ certification.
