What you will do

• Support manufacturing production lines to ensure business objectives are met.
• Troubleshoot and repair robotics, conveyors, coaters, labelers, and presses.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams on the installation of new automation equipment.
• Provide technical guidance to operators and production management regarding process improvements.
• Maintain GMP standards and participate in continuous improvement activities like Gemba walks and Kaizen.
• Identify root causes of equipment downtime and develop strategies for long-term resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in an automated manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with electrical testing devices such as digital multi-meters or oscilloscopes.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical blueprints.
• Experience in robotics programming, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
• Basic working knowledge of PLC programming and ladder logic.
• Strong English communication skills (speak, read, and write).
