What you will do

• Support the NAMER finance team with month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Run periodic revenue and cost reports and capture arrears billing data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to collect and analyze financial data.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support organizational goals.
• Conduct research and perform ad-hoc financial analysis and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be based in or able to work from Belgrade, Serbia.
