What you will do

• Build and optimize high-performance data infrastructure to support regulatory reporting and financial operations.
• Develop reliable data solutions prioritizing accuracy, completeness, and auditability.
• Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to automate workflows and accelerate software development.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable data models.
• Design and maintain modern cloud-based data pipelines using distributed platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or Kafka.
• Mentor teammates and drive engineering best practices for data transformation and platform performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in scalable data platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for real-time and batch data processing.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and DevOps tools like Terraform, PagerDuty, and Datadog.
• Deep understanding of modern data architecture including data warehousing, data lakes, and ETL frameworks.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license as a condition of employment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting CFTC-regulated markets or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code or Codex.
