What you will do

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Data & AI initiatives, translating them into clear technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Test new platform features before release to ensure functionality, usability, and alignment with user needs.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and provide delivery support across complex projects.
• Proactively identify opportunities and take ownership to move initiatives forward.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a technical, data, or AI-focused environment.
• Hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer with a solid understanding of data workflows and ML concepts.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex technical topics to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in requirements gathering, testing activities, and vendor collaboration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• PhD in a relevant field.
• Consulting or start-up experience.
