What you will do

• Optimize the self-serve funnel from signups through activation to paid conversion.
• Manage product-related website sections, including UX flow and conversion performance.
• Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and defend channel strategies across performance, SEO, and AI search.
• Ship end-to-end marketing assets, including copy, landing pages, and campaign setups.
• Implement AI agents and workflows to scale research, analysis, and content production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing at a B2B SaaS or product-led company.
• Proven expertise in paid acquisition and website conversion optimization.
• Professional English writing proficiency is a must.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, GSC, GTM, and Looker Studio.
• Strong understanding of the full SaaS funnel and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to operate independently and own revenue or pipeline metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amplitude and marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Customer.io, or Braze.
• Working knowledge of SQL for self-serve data analysis.
