TL;DR

What you will do

  • Build and manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies focused on B2B lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Execute organic content strategies across social platforms to build demand and test messaging.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily, focusing on CPL, CPA, ROAS, and CVR.
  • Implement and manage tracking infrastructure including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion pixels.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience.
  • Must be based in Brazil, Mexico, Costa Rica, or Colombia to align with U.S. time zones.
  • Strong platform-native experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven success in generating qualified leads and measurable pipeline growth.
  • Deep expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and performance reporting.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills focused on conversion.

Nice to have

  • Experience with organic social growth and content-led acquisition.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
  • Experience managing high ad-spend budgets.
  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Google Ads or Meta certifications.
