What you will do

• Conduct patient hearing test assessments, analyze results, and recommend varied treatment and product options.
• Answer patient questions about hearing aid use, including benefits and pricing/value of hearing healthcare.
• Teach patients how to use hearing technology to meet their hearing goals.
• Perform hearing aid repairs, checks, cleanings, and adjustments to fitted products while following quality standards.
• Support smooth office operations with direct support from clinic staff.
• Participate in community outreach to generate new patient referrals.

Requirements

• Hearing Aid Dispensing License in the state of Michigan.
• Doctorate in Audiology preferred.
• 3rd and 4th year Audiology Externs are encouraged to apply.
