What you will do

  • Accountable for regulatory oversight across CASS, pensions, and HMRC reporting.
  • Act as the single point of coordination for regulatory interpretation across the platform to ensure consistency.
  • Serve as the CASS Oversight Officer, maintaining a robust control framework and governance over client asset processes.
  • Interpret new regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the operating model.
  • Coordinate MI, governance papers, and decision support for regulatory committees.
  • Oversee BPO provider activities and challenge build solutions to ensure regulatory intent is met.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in regulatory oversight, CASS/client assets, or pensions/HMRC reporting within UK financial services.
  • Strong capability in regulatory interpretation, outsourcing oversight, and assurance planning.
  • Proven experience in senior stakeholder engagement and leading teams.
  • Ability to constructively challenge third-party providers and BPO build solutions.
