What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day hub operations and ensure 3PL providers adhere to hirify.global SOPs.
• Monitor key performance metrics including cost per stop, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in morning loadouts and standup meetings with delivery teams.
• Conduct on-site operation audits to maintain accountability and service standards.
• Investigate delivery failures and escalations to provide root cause resolution.
• Collaborate with local store management and support store transfer deliveries.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Ashland, VA.
• 3-5 years of experience in Logistics or Home Delivery Operations.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for store visits and ride-behinds.
• Ability to lift and move furniture weighing up to 150 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Flexibility with work hours, including typical 6 am start times.
