What you will do

• Own and shape the Platform Tribe roadmap with autonomy over what to build and why.
• Partner with product tribes to translate needs into platform priorities.
• Lead infrastructure, reliability, development tooling, and shared libraries that power hirify.global’s Investment API.
• Drive reliability, velocity, and quality improvements across product engineering teams.
• Influence technical direction and stack using modern tools and technologies.
• Provide technical leadership for larger engineering teams in a hands-on, product-engineering mindset.

Requirements

• Experience leading and growing larger engineering teams in a technical leadership capacity.
• Strong hands-on expertise building scalable, distributed, asynchronous, resilient platforms.
• Experience with API-first and SaaS applications.
• Experience building and running microservice-based, event-driven distributed applications.
• Prior experience in the fintech domain.
• Security-focused mindset and strong ownership principles.
