What you will do
- Own and shape the Platform Tribe roadmap with autonomy over what to build and why.
- Partner with product tribes to translate needs into platform priorities.
- Lead infrastructure, reliability, development tooling, and shared libraries that power ’s Investment API.
- Drive reliability, velocity, and quality improvements across product engineering teams.
- Influence technical direction and stack using modern tools and technologies.
- Provide technical leadership for larger engineering teams in a hands-on, product-engineering mindset.
Requirements
- Experience leading and growing larger engineering teams in a technical leadership capacity.
- Strong hands-on expertise building scalable, distributed, asynchronous, resilient platforms.
- Experience with API-first and SaaS applications.
- Experience building and running microservice-based, event-driven distributed applications.
- Prior experience in the fintech domain.
- Security-focused mindset and strong ownership principles.
