What you will do

• Develop creative concepts, perform competitive research, and build pitch materials for major advertising clients.
• Create presentation mocks and visual storytelling frameworks using AI-powered tools and workflows.
• Participate in daily creative brainstorming sessions to ideate scalable creative workflows.
• Collaborate with Production, Creative Strategy Leads, and Sales teams to support executional workflows.
• Contribute to the development of scalable systems and AI-assisted templates to improve team throughput.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and speed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, marketing, communications, business management, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, social content, design, or marketing.
• Proven experience building social-first marketing materials and professional presentations.
• Proficiency with Google Slides, Gemini, ChatGPT, and other image-generating AI tools.
• Strong design sensibility and the ability to iterate rapidly based on feedback.

• Understanding of Augmented Reality (AR) and digital advertising ecosystems.
