Associate Creative Strategist (AI)

Location: New York, United States; expected to work in an office 4+ days per week

What you will do

• Support the development of creative concepts, competitive research, creative audits, and pitch materials for advertising clients.
• Build presentation mockups, visual storytelling frameworks, and rapid concept explorations using AI-powered workflows and creative tools.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and support advertising RFPs.
• Partner with Production, Creative Strategy Leads, and Sales on executional workflows and post-sale creative materials.
• Develop scalable systems, templates, and AI-assisted workflows that improve creative team efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining speed, organization, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, communications, business management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, social content, design, production, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience creating presentations, creative concepts, or social-first marketing materials.
• Strong design sensibility, presentation-building skills, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Google Slides, Gemini, ChatGPT, and image-generation tools.
• Ability to work in the New York office 4+ days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting creative pitches, brainstorms, or production workflows.
• Understanding of augmented reality, social media platforms, creators, and digital advertising ecosystems.
• Experience using generative AI, image creation, or storyboarding tools to improve creative ideation and workflow scalability.
• Passion for internet culture, trends, creators, and emerging storytelling formats.
