What you will do

  • Own the P&L for the Senior Living business unit, managing revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses.
  • Define and execute GTM strategies for diversified and pure-play Senior Living organizations.
  • Lead customer-facing functions including Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support.
  • Act as the primary executive sponsor for key customers and represent the company at senior industry forums.
  • Exercise matrixed leadership over Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to align roadmaps with segment priorities.
  • Identify and pursue inorganic growth opportunities, including partnerships and adjacent market expansion.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of leadership in enterprise software, health tech, or SaaS, with 5+ years of P&L ownership.
  • Deep expertise in the Senior Living market, including operator economics, regulatory environment, and technology landscape.
  • Proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS customer-facing organizations.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment, influencing outcomes across diverse teams.
  • Must be based in Canada (Remote) or within commutable distance to Mississauga (Hybrid).
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively to engage with customers and prospects.
