What you will do

• Serve as a strategic finance partner across Product, Growth Analytics, Credit, Revenue, and Merchant Pricing to influence product strategy, investment decisions, and go-to-market execution
• Lead and scale a team with a player–coach approach, aligning priorities to company objectives and fostering accountability and continuous improvement
• Own and evolve merchant growth forecasting and translate insights into actionable strategies and business recommendations
• Run top-line planning processes (target setting, forecasting, performance tracking) and deliver clear reporting and insights to executives
• Build and scale automated dashboards, reporting, and analytical frameworks to improve visibility and decision-making
• Identify performance drivers, surface risks and opportunities, and synthesize complex analyses into executive-ready narratives

Requirements

• Location: Remote US
• 10+ years of experience in analytical roles (strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, data science, or analytics) with demonstrated impact on business outcomes and forecasting
• Prior people management experience with a player–coach mindset, leading and developing analysts while staying hands-on
• Expertise in financial modeling; working knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma or similar) preferred
• Strong business judgment and ability to connect detailed analysis to broader strategic context and executive-level decisions
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• Familiarity with lending / buy now pay later business models and metrics
• Experience using AI-driven tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to enhance analytical workflows
