What you will do

• Own and continuously improve lithography processes to deliver strong product performance, yield, and throughput.
• Lead root cause investigations of process excursions using structured problem-solving methodologies like 8D and DMAIC.
• Characterize process windows to improve performance and process capability.
• Maintain and enhance process control systems including APC, SPC, and error-proofing approaches.
• Support the qualification of new products, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with Integration, Etch, Electroplating, and Metrology teams to ensure end-to-end process performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or Engineering.
• 4+ years of hands-on lithography experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
• Must have full Right to Work Documentation for the UK; visa sponsorship is only available for PhD holders.
• Strong technical knowledge of lithography fundamentals including resist behavior, exposure, and pattern transfer.
• Expertise in lithography characterization and metrology techniques such as overlay and CDSEM.
• Proven ability to use statistical analysis and data-driven engineering judgment to drive improvements.
