What you will do
- Lead data capture, validation, and governance to improve the quality of installed base and customer datasets.
- Design and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools to enable real-time performance visibility.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve cycle times.
- Manage the full enquiry-to-order process, including quotation delivery, negotiation, and order acceptance.
- Own pricing application and commercial compliance to protect and optimize margins.
- Act as the primary commercial interface between Sales, Engineering, and Operations for efficient order execution.
Requirements
- Mechanical Degree (ideal).
- Expertise in data analysis using Excel and Power BI to drive commercial value.
- Experience working with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, C4C) and digital workflows.
- Strong mindset for process mapping and automation.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Slough, UK.
Nice to have
- Experience in data visualization and dashboarding.
- Exposure to digital transformation or continuous improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
- Understanding of data governance and system integration.
