What you will do

• Define and enforce architectural standards, naming conventions, and platform governance across multiple Agile teams.
• Lead technical reviews and provide guidance on solution design and development best practices.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and resolve technical implementation blockers.
• Own and maintain enterprise technical documentation, including system diagrams and data models.
• Govern source control, branching strategies, and merge processes for concurrent development.
• Support RMF and ATO compliance by providing necessary technical artifacts and documentation.

Requirements

• Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce Solution Architect experience, preferably in the public sector.
• Expert knowledge of OpsEA Salesforce (PSF, Shield, BRE, CRM Analytics, Flows, Apex).
• Experience with Flosum or similar Salesforce CI/CD and source control solutions.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application Architect certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.

Nice to have

• Active U.S. Government Secret or TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud Plus (IL4 or IL5 environments).
• Understanding of FedRAMP High and NIST SP 800 security controls.
• Master's degree in a technical field.
