Principal Software Developer (Platform) (Cloud-native industrial software): Building and maintaining platform infrastructure, continuous delivery pipelines, and highly performant data services for a software-defined industrial platform with an accent on cloud technologies, container orchestration, and edge deployment. Focus on debugging integration and performance problems, automating developer self-service, and delivering secure, reliable, fault-tolerant solutions across operating systems and cloud-native stacks.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain continuous delivery pipelines and platform infrastructure for development teams.
- Build self-service automation and cloud-based solutions for cloud-native and edge deployment platforms.
- Debug integration and performance issues and produce reliable, performant, and fault-tolerant code.
- Support end-to-end solution testing, infrastructure coordination, security practices, and compliance requirements.
- Refine strategic requirements into actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with development, support, security, product, and infrastructure teams in a scaled Agile environment.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of related experience, or an advanced degree with less experience.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies, services, architecture, and container orchestration.
- Experience with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform, Azure DevOps Pipelines, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with CI tooling, observability, monitoring, operating systems, scripting languages, and databases such as Artifactory, Grafana, Linux, Python, Bash, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- French: A1 advanced; English: C1 advanced required for interaction with international clients.
- Strong technical leadership, communication, project management, mentoring, and self-direction skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with edge deployment, identity and access management, data platforms, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Lua, Angular, React, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Knowledge of microservices, REST API design, SAFe, or Scrum.
