Salary: Poland: PLN 28,300 - 40,000 gross monthly

What you will do

• Optimize GPU utilization and performance for large-scale AI workloads.
• Develop and maintain scalable services supporting the AI lifecycle and the AutoDL platform.
• Build APIs and infrastructure for the automated training and deployment of ML models.
• Implement robust CI/CD pipelines to validate, deploy, and monitor diverse AI models.
• Design systems for real-time inference on high-load ML use cases.
• Create scalable pipelines for event-driven behavioral and transactional data streams.

Requirements

• Experience with production deep learning, inference optimization, and transformer-based architectures.
• Hands-on expertise in GPU-heavy workloads, including memory management and performance tuning.
• Proven track record of designing and operating scalable backend systems in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python as the primary language, with command of additional programming languages.
• Expertise in distributed systems, containerization, and orchestration.
• Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent.
