What you will do

• Design and ship end-to-end distributed agentic AI solutions that are reliable and scalable.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and define engineering standards for AI systems.
• Mentor engineers and establish best practices for maintainability and observability.
• Own the long-term operational health, cost efficiency, and performance of AI models.
• Build human-in-the-loop evaluation pipelines and monitor model quality drift.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Prague, Czech Republic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software systems development.
• Excellent backend expertise in a strongly typed language, preferably TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts (tool use, function calling, RAG, evaluation).
• Experience shipping and operating multiple GenAI or LLM systems in production.
• Prior experience leading an AI systems team.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, Mastra, or LangGraph.
• Deep interest in public markets, investing, and fundamental business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with model fine-tuning and embeddings.
