What you will do

• Repair, service, and troubleshoot gaming terminals in betting offices, pubs, and gaming centres.
• Manage machine installations, changes, and removals including pre-wiring.
• Ensure service call responses meet company and customer SLA targets.
• Perform Portable Appliance Tests (PAT) and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
• Maintain and submit administrative documentation according to company procedures.
• Safeguard company assets and comply with Health and Safety policies.

Requirements

• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Excellent organization, communication, and process skills.
• High motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work various shifts, including some weekends.
