Location: Home based (GB), preferably in the West Midland area. Must be prepared to travel to visit client sites across UK and Ireland.

What you will do

• Repair and maintain customer printing equipment effectively and efficiently.
• Execute pre-installations and full equipment installations.
• Perform remote call pre-qualification and implement remote fixes where possible.
• Document technical issues and manage the logging and closure of service calls.
• Provide on-site support for customers primarily in the UK and Ireland, and occasionally in Europe.
• Maintain professional expertise through continuous learning and knowledge sharing with the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in managing repairs and installations for Wide Format printing equipment.
• Proven track record in customer-facing, field-based, or independent work environments.
• Valid UK driving licence (company car or travel allowance provided).
• Valid passport for occasional international travel and training.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and basic IT/networking skills.
