What you will do

• Assemble complex mechanical and structural equipment based on engineering drawings.
• Perform testing, inspection, and commissioning activities for specialized equipment.
• Execute fault-finding and repair tasks in both workshop and field environments.
• Provide technical support during installation and service projects.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including test reports and inspection records.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure project delivery schedules.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical fitting, assembly, or service roles.
• Level 3 Engineering qualification.
• Strong proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive approach.

Nice to have

• HNC Mechanical Engineering qualification.
• Experience with hydraulic fitting, circuits, and schematics.
• Machining skills including milling and turning.
• Offshore survival and medical certification.
• Experience with remotely operated vehicle (ROV) handling equipment.
