What you will do

  • Own the vision and roadmap for complex product lines and multiple interrelated features.
  • Define product success metrics and make strategic prioritization decisions based on data.
  • Translate fiscal and market requirements into detailed product specifications.
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulations and certification standards.
  • Integrate AI tools into market research, backlog grooming, and decision-making cycles.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, sales, and compliance teams.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in product management with proven accountability.
  • Experience in fintech, regtech, or compliance-heavy SaaS sectors.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Active integration of AI tools into the PM toolkit for research and strategy.
  • Strong business acumen with mastery of metrics like LTV, CAC, and churn.
  • Must be based in Austria, Germany, or Spain.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Experience collaborating with certification bodies or local financial authorities.
