What you will do

• Set the strategic direction and multi-year roadmap for payout methods globally, including new rails, coverage expansion, redundancy architecture, and conversion performance.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers for payment methods, local rails, and operational excellence.
• Define and drive key metrics (conversion rate, reliability, time-to-payout, cost per transaction) and build systems to continuously improve them.
• Own global partner relationships (banks, local payment providers, infrastructure partners) and shape long-term integrations.
• Build an automation-first culture by identifying manual processes and leading product investment to eliminate them.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Compliance, and Commercial leadership to scale payouts with regulatory and merchant requirements.

Requirements

• Significant product leadership experience in fintech/payments, with a track record of building and shipping payment infrastructure at scale (payouts, payins, cards, wallets, bank transfers).
• Experience leading and growing product teams (hiring, development, and creating clarity for PMs).
• Deep familiarity with global payment ecosystems: local rails, partner dynamics, regulatory context, and market nuances across geographies.
• Technically fluent product leadership: comfortable shaping API strategy, reviewing architecture trade-offs, and translating operational requirements into scalable solutions.
• Data-driven strategic mindset using metrics to set direction and make bets.
• Based in Europe and working CET (or close); flexibility to engage across global time zones. Fluent English with strong written communication.
