Customer Success Manager (SaaS/MedTech): Building and maintaining strategic relationships with dental practice clients to drive product adoption and ensure business outcomes with an accent on retention, workflow optimization, and proactive account management. Focus on identifying growth opportunities, mitigating renewal risks, and serving as a trusted advisor to practice owners and DSO leaders.
Location: Remote within the United States (excluding Delaware, Hawaii, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Puerto Rico).
Salary: $65,000–$80,000

What you will do
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with a large portfolio of dental practice clients.
- Monitor customer health indicators, adoption metrics, and engagement trends to proactively identify risks.
- Develop and execute success plans to improve product utilization and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic recommendations and escalation resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure rapid time-to-value for new and existing customers.
- Track client data and renewal likelihood within the CRM to report on account health.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (excluding specific restricted states).
- Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in a related discipline.
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in account management or customer success.
- Proven track record of managing a large customer base (100+ accounts preferred).
- Proficiency with CRM systems and customer success platforms.
- Strong consultative, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

- Master’s degree or global equivalent.
- 5+ years of in-office dental practice experience.
- Deep understanding of dental industry practices and regional market issues.
