Solution Architect (m/f/n)

Location: Hybrid role based in Bratislava or Žilina, Slovakia

Salary: from €3,400 gross monthly, with a performance bonus of up to 10% paid twice per year.

What you will do

• Design and improve CRM solutions supporting customer, sales, partner, and broader business processes.
• Define target architectures, technical solutions, and system interfaces aligned with business needs, IT strategy, technical standards, and security requirements.
• Analyze business requirements, system behavior, integrations, data flows, and impacts across related systems and projects.
• Propose improvements and support the continuous development, migration, deployment, and operation of enterprise business systems.
• Prepare solution specifications, technical documentation, presentations, and project updates.
• Collaborate with business owners, Enterprise Architects, Business System Analysts, Software Engineers, project owners, and delivery teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a university.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT solution development, implementation, migration, deployment, support, or operations.
• Experience with business systems, system integrations, business processes, analysis, and solution design; CRM experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, logical, and abstract thinking, with the ability to design complex solutions and explain them clearly.
• Ability to communicate proactively, influence stakeholders, cooperate effectively, and work independently or collaboratively.
• English at B2 level and Slovak at C1 level are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, including configuration, customization, or integrations.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, agile methodologies, and collaboration with analysts and developers.
• Experience with data migration, deployment, and support of enterprise business systems.
• Knowledge of enterprise technologies, implementation models, data models, and integration platforms.
