Cloud Architect for T Cloud Public (m/f/d)

Location: Košice, Slovakia; remote work is available only within Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.

Salary: negotiable base salary, with a minimum of €2,200 gross per month, plus variable compensation and other financial benefits.

What you will do

• Improve the architecture of the T Cloud Public platform with a strong focus on IT security.
• Design and develop platform and software-as-a-service features for an OpenStack-based public cloud.
• Advise customers and stakeholders on public cloud technology and assess technical solutions.
• Automate infrastructure using common automation frameworks.
• Work hands-on with cloud consoles and collaborate with a team of cloud specialists.

Requirements

• Technical, engineering, or scientific degree, or comparable professional training.
• 2–3 years of IT experience focused on modern cloud technologies.
• Experience with software, cloud, container, and solution architecture for at least one public cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, OTC, or Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of Linux, system tools, networking services, infrastructure automation, and agile development processes.
• Expertise in at least one of Terraform and Kubernetes, Docker and containers, networking, security and privacy, or APIs and Ansible.
• English at B2 level is required.

Nice to have

• OpenStack experience.
• Programming experience in open-source projects.
