Lead Architect (Cloud)

TL;DR

Lead Architect (Cloud): Designing and optimizing public cloud standard products based on open-source software with an accent on container orchestration and infrastructure automation. Focus on solving complex customer use-cases, implementing GitOps practices, and providing high-level architectural guidance for OpenStack-based environments.

Location: Remote working is only available within Slovakia; office located in Kosice

Salary: Base salary not lower than 2 500 € brutto

What you will do

• Solve complex problems in daily operation of customer use-cases.
• Develop and enhance customer cloud-based business applications.
• Act as a trusted advisor for OpenStack-based public cloud technology.
• Plan and execute technical workshops at customer sites.
• Automate infrastructure using common automation frameworks.
• Collaborate within a team of specialists in an open and trusting environment.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional IT experience with a focus on modern cloud technologies.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and Service Mesh solutions.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automating infrastructure via Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Proven experience in technical customer consulting and expert workshops.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Must be based in Slovakia to meet taxation and data security requirements.
