What you will do

  • Manage relationships between hirify.global and assigned direct and hybrid B2C customers.
  • Drive commercial aspects and marketing activities to achieve regional revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead the implementation of supply planning, demand planning, and CPFR processes.
  • Optimize partner assortments and ensure required inventory levels are maintained.
  • Forecast business growth and manage backlog risks and opportunities.
  • Plan and execute product launch strategies with partners.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of commercial experience in account management.
  • Background in Consumer Electronics or FMCG sectors.
  • Mother tongue in a Nordic language.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
